No Fast Food

In over two weeks, and still not losing weight. 

It is starting to look like this stay at home mommy is going to have to learn how to exercise. Gross.

  1. You should look into investing in a TRX :) Hang it on any door in your house and it's an amazing, intense 45 minute workout! If you do it 3-4 times a week, you will notice results. We have it at the studio and I love it! When I come to visit, maybe I can sneak one out of the studio for you to try since they are a little on the expensive side!
