No Soda Days.
So as you know I decided to quit drinking Pepsi. I made it 20 days. I went from 119 lbs to 116 lbs in a week. Then Thanksgiving happened and I went up to 118 lbs. By the next week I was up to 121 lbs. A new highest number. :( Needless to say, I drank 7.5 ounces of Pepsi yesterday and 7.5 ounces of Pepsi today. I'm feeling pretty bad about it, I know. I just hate gaining weight after I start trying to lose it. It's so frustrating that I could lose weight without trying before, but now that I am trying, I just get heavier. UGH! (I an only 5'3 and my normal weight is about 100 lbs. I went back to 102 after I gave birth. I am just not used to seeing those numbers.)
